We absolutely love seeing all the wonderful creations our customers have made with the Miss Lee's products! We are happy to start showing them off. To start us off is a spicy ceaser giving the traditional Caesar Rimmer the boot and bringing in rave reviews!!!!
Ingredients: Everything spice (regular, spicy or Whole Lotta hot!) You decide you heat level :) Clamato Juice, Caesar Squeezer or Tabasco or WorcestershireLemon/lemon juice, Vodka, Garnish (celery, pickled bean or asparagus)
Directions;
1) Coat the rim of the glass in lemon juice and press into Everything spice on a plate to generously coat the glass.
2) Add ice and 1 ounce of Vodka
3) Add Caesar squeezer to taste (or tabasco and Worcestershire) based on individual.preference
4) Fill the glass with Clamato, add a sprinkle of Everything Spice, stir and garnish!
5) ENJOY!!
Butter Chicken
4-5 Chicken filets, cubed
¼ cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 yellow onions, finely chopped
4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 (400 ml.) can chopped tomatoes, drained
4 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp. fenugreek for authentic butter chicken (substitute with equivalent amount of mustard seed)
2 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
2 tsp. ground cardamom for authentic butter chicken (substitute with 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp. nutmeg)
1 cinnamon stick
½ tsp chili powder
3 tsp. garam masala for authentic butter chicken (substitute with curry powder)
¾ cup crème fraiche for authentic (or substitute with sour cream or plain greek yogurt)
1 bay leaf
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. black pepper
Everything Spice
In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown the chicken pieces for approx. 3 minutes on medium heat. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add butter to the pot, once melted add the onion, garlic and ginger. Let the ingredients sweat for 2 minutes then add all of the spices, salt and pepper and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, cook for another minute.
Add crème fraiche, stir and lower the heat.
Finish with a generous dose of Miss Lee's everything spice!
Simmer uncovered for approximately 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with freshly steamed basmati rice and Nan bread.
Ingredients:
Hash browns (we prefer home made but what ever you like works
Green onions
Meat , we use bacon but you can use any variety you like
Tostitos cheese dip
Eggs (amount depending on how many people your cooking for)
Directions:
Cook the hash browns in a pan with a small amount of olive oil till golden brown
In a separate pan cook meat, onions and eggs together into a scramble seasoning with everything spice
Heat cheese sauce in the mirowave for 1 minute or until melted
Place hash browns on a plate and top with scramble mixture, add everything spice and top with cheese sauce!
Enjoy!
Rib eye steak your choosing seasoned generously with Everything spice on both sides, placed in preheated air fryer at 400F for 6mins flip and cook 5 more mins.
Served with shrimp that is fried in butter and Everything spice
Add raw veggies of your choosing sprinkled with Everything spice.
*** I use Spicy Everything Spice however Whole Lotta Hot Spice could be used instead if you desire more heat, or Regular if you want no heat!

Ingredients:
Pork roast
desired Miss Lee's everything spice
bacon
Grape seed oil
Potatoes, onion,tomatoes
garlic
Directions:
Layer baking pan with bacon! Keep some to cover the top of the pork roast .
Quickly pan roast the meat in a bit Grapeseed oil on each side.
Save the oil and add 1 cup water to rinse the pan to use .
Add Potatoes, onion, garlic, tomatoes all-around the meat and shake lots of Everything Spice all around them and all over the meat and cover it with bacon.
Pour the water oil mix from the frying pan on the veggies all around.
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake it 350 30-45 min than take of the foil bake other 30 min till nice and golden brown.
(longer if roast is larger cook until it arrives at proper temperature inside)
